1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with full payment due 30 days before departure. Prices are quoted per person based on twin sharing unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation 30+ days before travel. 50% refund for cancellations 15–30 days prior. No refund within 15 days. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
3. Changes to Bookings
Changes to travel dates or package components are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees. We will do our best to accommodate any changes at no extra cost where possible.
4. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health requirements. We provide visa guidance but cannot guarantee approval from embassies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Veloria Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and service providers. We are not liable for events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or acts of war. Travel insurance is recommended.
